The second set started with the same premise as the first, with a well planted Sinner, but with a very comfortable Zverev at service. With a tie at four games, the German broke the Italian’s serve and closed the set with the same score as the previous one.
Far from falling apart Sinner went for all in the third set, and despite the fact that Zverev broke his serve again at the first change, he knew how to hold on and take advantage of his opportunity to break him and get back into the game.
