Griezmann will pack his bags and go to MLS


Griezmann has spoken clearly about his future once his contract with Barça ends in 2024. The forward, now focused on the French team in the midst of the European Championship, has granted an interview to the newspaper ‘Le Figaro’, where he has assured that he would like to play in MLS: “My contract with Barcelona is until June 2024 and after that I think it will be the right time to go to the United States.”

In the interview, the Frenchman details the reasons for this decision: “I love this country, this culture, the NBA and the desire to discover guides me. I would love to finish my career there.” In turn, he explained that if at some point he decides to cross the pondAt 32 or 33 years old, it will not be like a retirement for him, but he would go with the ambition of “being good on the field and winning the MLS, not looking like nothing on the field.”

Since Griezmann joined the Barça team, the opinions generated around his game have not been positive.
