Urbas Fuenlabrada has extended Christian Eyenga’s contract for two seasons. The Congolese forward is closely linked to the club in the south of Madrid, where he arrived in 2017, and will continue to defend their colors, as announced by the same entity this afternoon.
Last season Eyenga, 32-year-old averaged 9.3 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.2 assists in the 36 games who played in the Endesa League. The exterior was fundamental in the salvation of Fuenlabrada in the last days of competition.
Before arriving at Fuenlabrada, Eyenga had played for teams such as Zielona Gora, Pallacanestro Varese, Unicaja de Málaga or Dinamo Sassari in Europe. In addition, he played for two seasons in the NBA – from 2010 to 2012 – playing a total of 54 games with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Lakers.
