Seventh seed Govortsova was wild from the start and lacked the ability to react while the grown Parrizas showed off her best tennis.
The Spanish, who enjoys her best ranking, 148th in the world, at present (it will be 117th on Monday), rounded off with this triumph of the best year of his career.
