The Italian manufacturer Aprilia has confirmed the presence of Spanish Maverick Viñales from the MotoGP Grand Prix of Aragon, which will be played on the weekend of September 12 at the Motorland Aragón circuit, in Alcañiz.
The decision has already been made in the second day of testing of Maverick Viñales on the RS-GP at the Misano Adriatico circuit, so the Roses rider will be the new member of the Aprilia Racing Team Gresini together with the also Spanish Aleix Espargaró, which has just secured the first podium for the manufacturer of Noale in MotoGP at the British circuit of Silverstone.

The Italian Lorenzo Savadori, who could not contest the Great Britain Grand Prix because he was not fully recovered from his malleolus injury, will be the fitting room for season 2022, thus completing a first-rate trio, although the test schedule that Aprilia will carry out throughout the 2022 season is not yet known.
