Jokic and Porter Jr. are decisive again in the victory of the Nuggets

Once again the combination of the Serbian pivot Nikola Jokic and the power forward Michael Porter Jr. It was the winning formula for the Denver Nuggets who beat the Toronto Raptors 121-111 and are approaching third place in the Western Conference.

Jokic contributed a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds -number 54 of the season- in only three quarters that left him again as the key player of the victory, the fourth in a row.

The former Real Madrid player scored 3 of 5 shots from the field, missed a triple attempt and hit 6 of 7 from the personnel line, in addition to recovering a ball, lost another and committed a personal foul.

The Nuggets posted their global mark at 42-21, mid-game behind the Los Angeles Clippers (43-21), who are third in the Western Conference.

The English forward OG Anunoby scored 25 points as leader of the Raptors, the point guard Kyle lowry and the Canadian power forward Khem birch they had 20 points each, and rookie Malachi Flynn, who started in place of the injured Fred VanVleet, scored another 16.
