Brooks will be Billups’ lead assistant on the new Portland project

Former Washington Wizards coach Scott Brooks to become Chauncey Billups ‘main assistant coach on the Portland Trail Blazers’ new project, who try to put together a bench and a competitive squad to convince Damian Lillard and that the player give them another chance.
