ANDBad weather strikes the major league postseason for the first time. The rain that is falling in the Midwest led to the Game 4 between Astros and White Sox moves to Tuesday.
The game’s cancellation came a couple of hours before the game’s Playball was called, which came less than half a day after Chicago will win Game 3 to stay alive in the postseason.
The game was to be played on Monday at 3:37 PM ET, but now it is going to Tuesday 12th at 2:07 PM ET.
Mexican José Urquidy and Cuban-born pitcher Carlos Rodon were scheduled to pitch Monday. The teams have not announced whether they will change their rotation.
It will be a few more hours to heat up a duel that looked explosive, since the The White Sox again accused the Astros signal stealing in the first two games in Houston.
